After a visit to the A Ma temple, the hot weather pushed us into an ice cream cart nearby. In the middle of the temple’s plaza, under the protection of a big and colorful umbrella, the vendor offered his three flavors of the day: mango, coconut or taro. From the inox steel box he got a cone, and from another metallic box he spooned off an ice cream ball and put it on top of the cone, satisfying our request.
