Wynn aims to hire 1,000 locals
Wynn Macau is planning a recruitment fair to be held next week, aiming to employ as many as 1,000 locals. In a whole new way, from today, the company will set up booths and have a “career express bus” driving throughout some major city points in order to reach “out to the local community to seek local talents for the existing blended resort and soon-to-open Encore.”
“To truly engage potential employees” throughout Macau, a special Wynn-branded Career Express bus will run [through the city] four times a day today, tomorrow and Tuesday.
The express bus will drive around four times a day between 9am and 12pm, 12pm and 3pm, 3pm and 6pm, and then again from 6pm to 9pm.
The route starts at Wynn Macau going to Macau Square, Sun Star City Mall, Institute for Tourism Studies, Kun Iam Temple, Hac Sa Wan Health Centre, Border Gate Hotel Shuttle Bus Station, Fai Chi Kei, Yat Yun Greyhound Racing Club, A-Ma Temple, University of Macau, Taipa Village Centre, Macau University of Science and Technology, Macau Polytechnic Institute, Macau Cultural Centre, China Civil Plaza.
According to the company, the purpose of this express bus is to “provide enquiry assistance and distribute special privileged invitation to suitable candidates for the Wynn Macau Job Fair” that is being held next week.
Wynn will also have a booth set up at Sun Star City Plaza and Macau Square today and Tuesday and today, tomorrow and Tuesday, respectively. These will be open from 10am to 9pm.
