Mandala resumes flights to Macau
Indonesia-based low-cost carrier Mandala Airlines has resumed its flights between Jakarta and Macau after one week of interruption, the Civil Aviation Authority (AACM) confirmed to Macau Daily Times.
The company cancelled five flights from August 20 to August 29 but afterwards the schedule of three weekly flights was resumed, AACM said.
The flights were cancelled because of “unscheduled aircraft maintenance requirements,” Mandala Airlines told MDT. During this week the passengers were redirected to Hong Kong and the Indonesian airline promised to reimburse the ferry tickets paid by costumers going to Macau.
